© 2026 TyoharHub. The editorial content on this site — festival descriptions, histories, tradition notes, recipes, puja steps, decoration guidance, gift guidance, buying notes and policy pages — is written for this site and is owned by it.

The name TyoharHub and the Devanagari name त्योहार हब are used as the site’s brand. Nothing on this site claims any ownership over the festivals themselves, over any religious text, over any recipe that exists in a hundred households, or over the words of any traditional greeting. Festival names and common greetings are part of the culture, not property.

• Send wishes, messages, statuses and captions to friends, family, colleagues and clients, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS or anywhere else. That is the entire point of them.
• Download, share and personalise greeting cards made with the card maker. No watermark, no attribution required, no restriction on personal sending.
• Print or save the festival calendar, and the checklists, and use them personally or in a household.
• Quote a short passage from an editorial page with a link back to the page you took it from. A sentence or two with attribution is fine.
• Link to any page on the site, including deep links into a festival topic page.

• Republishing editorial pages, in whole or in large part, on another website, including translated or lightly edited versions.
• Reproducing the site’s festival database, topic structure or gift-category data at scale for another product.
• Scraping the site with automated tools at volume, or reselling its content as a data set.
• Using the TyoharHub name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or official status without written agreement.
• Presenting generated wishes, cards or lists as an official notice from a temple, a government body, or a panchang publisher.

If you want to use something and are not sure, ask — the answer is often yes, particularly for genuinely non-commercial use.

Nothing you create with the tools on this site is uploaded to us, so there is no user-generated content for us to claim or moderate. A card you generate, a wish you copy, a checklist you tick and a budget you enter all stay in your own browser. The card you download, the text you copy and the file you save are yours to use as you wish, and we hold no licence over them because we never receive them.

External links in gift guides point to marketplaces, and sponsored listings point to businesses’ own sites. Their content, images, trademarks and product data belong to them and are governed by their terms. Where a factual claim in our content draws on an external published source, the page names that source in plain language rather than reproducing its text.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@tyoharhub.example with copyright in the subject line, and include:

• the exact URL of the material you are concerned about;
• the work you believe is infringed, and your basis for holding the rights;
• your contact details; and
• what you would like done — removal, correction or attribution.

Verified concerns are acted on promptly, and disputed content is taken down while a claim is examined rather than left up during a debate. This applies to text and to generated card designs alike.

Marketplace names, retailer names and any third-party brands mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance here, including in a marketplace search link, does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from them. TyoharHub has no commercial relationship with a merchant unless an affiliate programme is explicitly configured and disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page.
