उपयोग की शर्तें
Short and readable: this site is free information and free tools, provided in good faith. Use it, but check anything that matters against a source local to you.
By using TyoharHub you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simply not to use the site — there is nothing to cancel and no account to close, because there are no accounts.
Festival dates, regional variations, ritual descriptions, recipes, prices and quantities are provided as general information. Every date carries a confidence label — confirmed, expected or tentative — precisely because some of them are uncertain and saying so is more useful than pretending otherwise.
This site is not a panchang, not a religious authority and not a substitute for local guidance. A precise muhurat depends on your coordinates and on which panchang you follow. For anything that matters — a wedding date, a vrat, a shraddh, an auspicious time for a housewarming — consult a location-specific panchang or a qualified person. Do not rely on this site alone for a decision of that kind.
Where a festival is observed differently in different regions or communities, the site shows the variation rather than declaring one practice correct. For religious observance, your family’s own tradition is the authority, not this site.
The generators, calculators, planners and checklists are free, need no account, and run in your browser. They are provided without warranty of any kind.
Specifically: the budget calculator is arithmetic on numbers you enter, not financial advice. The decoration and shopping quantities are planning estimates, not accurate costs. The gift finder returns categories to consider, not recommendations of specific products, and we have no knowledge of price, availability or quality of any actual item. Generated wishes, captions and cards are yours to use as you see fit, and you are responsible for what you send.
Please do not:
Gift guides link to external marketplace search pages, and sponsored listings link to the businesses’ own websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or policies. Following such a link means the destination’s terms and privacy policy apply to you from that point on. See the affiliate disclosure for how those links are handled.
The site displays advertising when a provider is configured, and may display labelled paid business listings. Advertising is kept visually and structurally separate from editorial content, every paid placement is labelled, and no advertiser can influence a festival date, a ritual description, a gift guide or a recommendation. The sponsored content policy states this in full.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TyoharHub is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content — including, without limitation, a missed or miscalculated festival date, a purchase made on the basis of a gift guide, or a decision taken on the basis of any information here. This is why every uncertain date carries a label and why the site repeatedly tells you to verify anything that matters locally.
These terms may change; the “last updated” date on this page changes with them, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
